Eagle-Picher Steam Locomotives
Workhorses of the Picher Mining District
Eagle-Picher Locomotives 1632 and 1615 at Picher, Oklahoma in 1956. These locomotives were purchased from the Frisco railroad for pulling cars loaded with ore from the mines. It would appear that 1615 is pushing 1632 to another location..Views of 1615 and 1630 parked at Central Mill. All of these locomotives are still in existence and at least one is in a museum and in running condition. EP markings have been removed, however.
