Picher, Oklahoma
This is a view looking north from Second and Main Streets in Picher.  This is a part of town that was later condemned and torn down because of a huge undermine cavern under it. 
This picture shows the first passenger train into Picher on the 4th of July, 1917.  Note the dirt streets in all three of the pictures.   Photo courtesy of C. R.
